Scissors Paper Ink Scrap Camp 4th and 5th June 2011

Ok so I know I am bombarding  you with posts, however I have been meaning to upload the layouts I did while on a recent Scrap Camp, all 22 of them but I thought that may be too many photos to put in one blog post.  So then I remembered making a collage in Picasa in the past so off I went and downloaded Picasa again.  While in Picasa I discovered that I could make a video of my layouts.  Ah-may-zing!  So that is what I did.

Unfortunately I didn’t add any audio, so no lovely music to listen too while watching and also I took all the photos this evening with my iPhone (did I mention I have a new iPhone 4 LOL!) so they are crap quality in comparison to other layouts I have posted in the past.  But now I have figured out how easy this was to do I may just redo it in the near future.

Shout out to Cay, who prompted this post.

Another card, meh…

I am not so sure about this card, as I said before these are not colours I use very often, so in an attempt to include them all I printed out my sentiment on glossy paper using the colours of the week.  I know my printer is not that great – in fact it is pretty old and a hand-me-down from a lovely friend – so I am not that happy with the result but I am putting it up here anyway.

I have had many visitors in the last couple of days, many more than usual.  So thanks if you have been visiting, and feel free to leave a comment!

Anyway here it is…

My brother is having a baby soon and we don’t know the sex yet so this card could work for the baby shower coming up in a couple of weeks, actually it would be better for the birth, once the bub is here.  I will just have to make another baby themed card for the shower!

Day 2 SCC 2011

Here it is nearing the end of day 2 of Summer Card Camp and I am yet to make my card, it is a technique that we are supposed to use today and I cannot find the stamp set I was going to emboss with so I can’t make my card…yet!

Below is a card I made yesterday for my Dad’s birthday today using the colours for this week.  It is quite feminine for a man’s birthday card but I know he can handle it. :)

I can’t wait to show you the card I am going to make using the cool techniques from today’s instalment from camp but for now you will have to be satisfied with Dad’s card.
